Initially a Senior Software Engineer maintaining high volume data applications I was later transitioned into a quantitaive trading role. In my first six months as a trader I designed and implemented an algorithm now generating over a million dollars per year after fees.
High accuracy, measured reactions and consistent performance were essential skills (and why I thrived) in Scalp's fast-paced environment.
Part of the New Ventures (NV) experimental team primarily focused on their NFT Marketplace platform. Their sprawling business and infrastructure galvanized my desire for clean architecture and extensive testing.
My rigorous approach to documentation, code review, and unit testing are all thanks to my time at DraftKings.
Part of a small team developing Asset Liability Management (ALM) software. I was afforded a few books on ALM while working there. Most notably I integrated the SOFR rate into existing financial models.
Member of a highly organized team developing medical imaging software. I worked initially and primarily on their WinForms desktop application, then later contributed to C++ rendering and ASP.NET back-end services.
Began by assisting in their core WinForms desktop applications while contributing to their ASP.NET testing API and RF/Texas Instruments sensor API. I took over the sensor API project after implementing Bluetooth support.
